পণ্যের স্টক না থাকলে, মূল্যে ভুল থাকলে বা সন্দেহজনক লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে খাজা এন্টারপ্রাইজ যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার রাখে। পেমেন্ট করা হয়ে থাকলে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত এবং নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে। যেকোনো ধরনের বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির জন্য বাংলাদেশের আদালত চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
